Legal question about selling homade items on craigslist, please help!

Are you serious? I cant imagine buying something and having the guy pull out a pen and check all my money.

i make a note of not handing over a pile of money but i count it out as i hand it over

it lets me count it out and them count it on

i noticed bank tellers do it

it must work as no one so far has counted the money in front of me and the last guy halved the amount on the spot ($500 to $250)

i would give a verbal description of the condition and then as far as i see it when the money exchanges hands its there problem
this is where the line goes a bit blury

When it comes to money I would rather offend someone's honesty than be out money I am fair and honest and if they are they don't really have a reason to be offended.

That is crazy about being out or an ATM what did you do
