I made the mistake of ordering a new 150cc variator and weights for my kart without taking mine off first. New one is to small for the shaft and no key way. And of course as I wasent using an impact drill to take the old one of I broke a couple spindles�� lesson learned back to the drawing board if I can find a variator. This is a picture of the old one.

Weights

Weights are a lot different to. Anyone know where I can get this type weights and variator?

They weights look like the same size
