Hi all, new here, bought this master cylinder as part of a whole 115cc TKM Extreme kart and it appears to be leaking out of a breather hole? Not really sure if it needs new seals or something as someone reckons fluid has got in behind the piston? If so how do I go about doing this? Thanks in advanced, any help appreciated!!

Yes, the seals might just be wore out/aged and need replacement. Although the bore of your master cylinder might have issues too.

I've never rebuilt that brand of master cylender, but it looks like you'd simply need to unscrew the nut with the copper washer to disassemble and see how everything looks inside.

Are you located in the UK?
If so, you could probably send this online shop: http://www.spellfame.co.uk/cgi-bin/mf000099.cgi?ACTION=SHOWFORM your info and a picture/measurements of your master cylinder for identification, then order the rebuild kit (or new master cylinder) from them.

Also, ask that shop what type of brake fluid you should be using
