Lawn Mower Question

hey, I am wondering can i use the lawn mower motor clutch belt and stuff. Is that a torque converter setup? Because my grandpa has a lawnmower he is about to trash and i was wondering if i could use anything off of it. I know i am going to use the wheels for it for my kart. But i was wondering if anything eles.

no it's not a tav, just a belt slip clutch
but it has some good parts you can get like the ider pulley setup

I switched pulleys once on a lawnmower and got 45mph out of it! all i can say is Wheelie Machine!!!!
