got master cylinder mounted all lines attached and bleed, had to make a bracket to space it away from pedal mount, so mounting bolts and would not interfere with pedals. thankfully powder coat company provided can of spray paint to do touch-up, had to weld the bracket and re-spray that area.
will have to re-bleed cause the brake switch is leaking, didn't check it and probably needs some Teflon tape on it.

hood welding and fill in complete, did end up with a low spot and a high spot in the top of each half of the aluminum, :mad2: sometimes just want to give up slap some bondo on it and paint it. but the top side will get painted either in a black out or some type of graphic, so want be blinded by the glare.

brake fluid eats Teflon tape anyone know what would be a good sealer to use when brake fluids involved??

hood semi finished gap closes better, looks better. I can live with that. top of hood got bowed some from the welding but will probably find some kind of scoop to put on it

2 spots that need fill you can see it about center of hood lip, looks like pin hole and another in front right, another block sanding later, on to start wiring before get to far ahead with more panels

Before I started worrying about pinholes and such....I'd see about getting two headlights in the dadgumn thing!!!!!!!

JK!!!!! Looking good man!

missing that head light myself makes it look like it was in a wreck or something until 2nd look, bugging me but loaned it to a friend to make me some trim rings, needed 1 for measurements

you can hammer and dolly the panels to get them to "Stretch" a little to tighten them up.

if I stretch them want it bow more need to shrink it but I don't know how to do hammer dolly or English wheel stuff, wanted to buy one in future when I add on to the shop but for now if I was to try to shrink/stretch probably just take it to good local body/fab shop and ask if it is fixable how much or something. the hood has to come off one more time anyway, maybe worth a shot.

also got engine wired enough to crank and adjust carb, runs pretty good to be a 30yr old stock engine, went thru the gears and all work, didn't have the stock electronis, but did have some from different models, turns out must not matter what model rectifier cdi and coil are from as long as there wired correctly, now wire in place, time to order some weatherpak connectors and some wiring in different colors to make the final harness.

Great build! Where did you get the emergency brake lever? I have been looking for a small one like that for some time now.

brake lever off utv, think it was Polaris 800 ranger, off ebay, or Yamaha rhino they run around 50 bucks little high for a lever, but no other substitute when it works and fits, easy to mount, 5'' piece of 1'' angle. only mod to it to fit was to grind 1/8'' off the bottom of the front cable stay just to get it to sit flush. may have a Chinese version but probably not as well made as name brand units.

Wow those are some good looking rims.

What size/brand engine is that?

85 Honda 200m roughly 13hp no clutch type has pull start and electric, most 185-200 are pull start only, and no reverse, to get reverse, have to move up to shaft drive, left room for upgrade if I could run across 4x4 atv. 125's have reverse but to small.
