Well I'm tired of turning over my engine with pull start, currently have it in parts laying inside, but when I strip all the out side of its paint and return it to its stock sexyness.

I need two things, A kill switch, and a keystart. I was wondering.. Can you rip those off a lawn mower and use them on a Honda Gx200 engine?

As well can anyone if they have one post the throttle cable setup on a Gx200 engine? Still confused on how they are setup.

And last question, what oil is best for a GX200 engine? is it normal, or a mix?

Thanks - John

if,you mean,mix oil and gas.....like a 2 stroke engine????? a honda/clone are 4 stroke engines.......regular gas (un-mixed) in the tank.........regular oil,in the motor....hope this helps answer your question........as for electric start on one of these,you need a ring gear flywheel,starter,soilnoid and battery....:surrender:

Mine looks different... The carb has like two air flow valves that one when you open it, causes the engine to run, but there's on that flows what I think is into the exhaust that doesn't open?? cause nothing is pulling it to open. plus I still have the governer on right now, working on removing that as soon as I get the stupid thing unstuck.

Give me a few mins for pictures.

You mean multi-grade?
Do what manual tells you. 10w30 is what is called for I believe. 10w40 is a definite no, no.

Manual? I bought it from some redneck who apparently just ran it till it didn't work for him no more than sold it.

Your pic indicates a MAX-TORQUE centrifugal clutch.
What is diameter of hole for PTO or output shaft?
What is chain size? #35 chain pitch or #41 chain pitch?

You were suppose to dumb it down, not make it sound scarier... How do I figure out the chain size/pitch? what is a PTO/output shaft?

I Just read that the 0 on the clutch means its a #41 chain pitch. theres one answer
