Can anyone tell me about this Kart? Bought it for 50$ yesterday. It runs and drives. 9hp vanguard motor, 2pc rear axle with dual disc brakes, and electric start.

Ken-Bar SD-9. Says so right on the sticker. It looks mostly complete except for (maybe) the engine. 50 bucks is a killer deal indeed!

The “9” means it was originally a 9 horsepower engine so yours has a 9HP already. All the info is there on the sticker, it’s American made.
It’s worth whatever someone is willing to pay. These American fun karts have not approached the prices of, say, a Rupp kart or similar from the 1960s but maybe in time they will.

Edited to add: “SD” stands for Sand Dog so this was a direct competitor to the Manco Dingo of similar frame size and engine displacement.

Looks to be all original. It’s a Streaker. And it’s worth what ever someone is willing to pay.
Probably between $500-$750.

Almost hard to believe someone would sell a running electric start kart for $50. There has to be more to the story. Denny's statement of that's a killer deal is an understatement if I've ever heard one. Also, his evaluation of $500 to $750 is spot on in my opinion. Maybe even a little low.
