hey guys, wondering if this would be a good engine to use in a kart or if it would even fit. just saw it pop up for sale on CL and ive been waiting patiently for an engine to show up to put into my margay brava frame.

A kart is only as fast as the operator will allow it to be. That is a lot of power, but to be honest it was my original goal for my kart. Hook up the shifter to have a sequential. If your engine is to the side of you, you would have to fit it behind most likely.

Is that engine air cooled or water cooled? Also does it use a cable clutch or a hydraulic clutch? Both of those will add to the complication.
