This is a 2nd posting of my build. I felt a classification change deserved a post change aswell...

Afew of you know of my kart, and all the upgrades I have done to her since getting her as a 2 seater, dead axle... 'toy'...

To the last upgrade, which should qualify for best of originality, for alotta reasons...(but that's 'just' me)...

The latest upgrade has inadvertently moved my 'kart' into a different bracket of classification...

I am fusing a 03' 250 Bayou's drive train and framework(- the frontend/steering) to my karts frame. So far I have managed to center/align and tack weld them together(for easier transport). Next, I will be working on the reinforcements and bracing. Then I will tackle the chore/math of creating the gear shifter/linkage, aswell as the wiring(tuck n hide). After that I will finagle a 'foot' throttle/braking and somewhere in there I find a place for fuel(gravity fed).

Ackermann is corrected and I have gone to a larger front tire/wheel for a lil added ground clearance aswell as they visually match the rear, moreso than the smaller racing wheels.

I have been asked by several folks WHY Im not leaving the motorcycle fuel tank?! As stated above... the ATV engine is gravity fed... and the current pulse fuel pump I am running on the modded GX200 isnt enough of a pump to run the ATV engine. So in short... the tank is an un-unified 'part' of the GX200's system and I would rather NOT part out what I spent a yr assembling(plus dont wanna have to refurbish something for the 'other' kart im putting together from spare parts lying round, when what I have is already working 110%.

ANY questions or comments are welcome...

After seeing your past work, this thing is going to be bad to the bone.
Questions:
1-Do you have an awesome name for it? or is this still the Lo-T?
2- Please tell me there will be some kind of cage.....
3- Any thoughts as to front suspension?

I TY... I would like to think it's gonna end up that way... but the way I look at things is somewhat negative... so if/when the poop hits the fan... Im not surprised, and have planned for it(ei. the unused hand brake on the last upgrade... which will 'somehow' endup the shifter).

1. It's still Lo-T... but the 'thought' of a name change 'did' cross my mind... but everyone knows the name 'Lo-T', referring to low testosterone... which she does NOT appear to be lacking... kinda like a big guy being called 'Tiny'.

2. Oh yea a fused cage IS in the works/plans. I gotta CL deal on a frame w/ a roll bar and several other support framing... this is what I 'tossed' up as a quick length glance of a setup(nowhere the actual placing... but just length and angle eyeballing it... and yes, Im beefin up the bumper aswell)... but the 'cage' itself will be the 'last' part of the build, seeing as that itll just get in the way while Im working on the fusion itself.

3. No... no plans on a front suspension...'yet'. However, w/ the rate that I upgrade... I wouldnt put it past me to 'oneday' give it a go...

...but will probably just build a 'whole' custom frame... something along the lines of an Ariel Atom, or sand rail, but not as 'full sized'... Im a lil guy (even wet).

Also, thought of building the last upgraded stage of Lo-T(w/ the motorcycle tank), and making up plans so 'others' could/can build one aswell... so basically, the frame w/out all the cuts n fusions n unnecessary framework... it IS original and 1 of a kind as far as 'design' IMO(that I know of).

Hey half-breeder, what size rims / tires are on this kart in the first pic? Both front and rear. Then, what did you change to in the second pic?

Thank you

Not sure whatcha mean by 'first' and 'second' pic... so... Ill just name off all the wheels/tires...

On the main post (#1)... ALL 4 wheels are 10" wheels(4.10x3.5-5).
On the main post (#2)... Rears are 16"(16x6.5-8) Fronts are the same tires, but wider rims(5-5).
On the main post (#3)... Rears are 22"(22x10-10) Fronts are 145/70-6's

Due to SEVERAL personal/financial/mental/anti-phycotic/upbringing/physical reasons, I have decided to scrap this project. Im hoping to continue w/ something of 'this' degree oneday... but, at 'that' time Ill work from the ground up, w/ more of what Im looking for, instead of what I have to work w/.

The ATV section will be/is for the most part, sold (have acouple buyers come springtime). The 'rest' will be parted/tossed in my scrap pile of metal that Ive accumulated over her build. Possibly oneday, I will give rebirth to her 'glory days' appearance, but will have to see.

I want to thank ALL those that supported/advised/informed me of all the aspect of this 'over' build. I learned SSSSSOOOOOoooooo much through her... and hope to continue w/ my future builds... (may even enter into this years build-off... hope to see yall there!)
