Hey everyone. I am new to the threads. Just bought a kart off of FB Marketplace and am having trouble identifying what brand it is. Wanted to see if anyone on here might know. Thank you

I wouldn't have a clue who made that kart, but I know they didn't finish. See that big silver tab sticking out from the side of the muffler? If you don't finish the job by attaching that to something solid, there's a real good chance that muffler's going to break off, and Murphy's Law says it will not only land on you, but will do so at full HOTperating temperature.

Oh, I already took care of that. I swapped that engine out with a Predator Ghost I had on another kart. Yeah the exhaust burn is no joke. I almost singed my knee in half on one one time.

Yeah, that's right, but I think I've got an exaggerated feeling of disaster when thinking about it. I watched Leon pulling my Suzuki DR370 out from under the front end of a Cadillac, and get his forearm stuck against the exhaust header. Didn't realize it was happening, so I don't know how long he was on it, but I know that over 2 months later the wound was still heavily bandaged and being treated by a doctor. Said he was offered a skin graft, but he refused it.

me and 2 of my buddies got on a small kawaski klx 110L, one on front fender (me) one on seat and one half on seat and rear fender, we hit some lose sand and layed the bike down, guy driving had shorts on and the exaust pipe heat guard left a nasty scar on his leg, about 3 years now it still there, looks like a shark bite

Doesn't matter how small it is, every dirt rider that actually does what I call riding has exhaust scars on the legs, even through pants. I've had 8 dirt-slingers, and most of them got me at least once. No, I never kept any guards or other unnecessary stuff on my bikes.

Full disclosure: A whole lot of stuff I removed from various bikes (mostly big thumpers that didn't need the insignificant weight loss anyway) was already busted or damaged first. Turn signals go first, metallic fenders next, other lights, speedo, tach, etc., and muffler guards.
