Ok, so I have a chance to get both of these frames for under $100 and I'm trying to figure out what they are and how big a project this would be.

Counting my previous restorations, these would be numbers 1 and 2. From these limited pictures is there anything that would scare any of you seasoned folks away from this project.

It looks to me that the kart without front wheels has been lengthened and I don't know if should care about that or not.

I plan to flip one for sure, and possibly keep the other. From what I've read here - I can slap a $99 Predator on these and sell them for at least $600 a piece! (Turn off sarcastic font)

Thanks!

Thanks!

Keep in mind the cost of the chain , clutch , bearings , etc...

Also 600$ is to much where I am from , a predator kart from where I am from is like 350-450 depending on quality

$50 a piece is good...as Hoooots pointed out...there are a lot of missing parts....They are missing more than just engines....and you're looking at a couple of hundred in parts for karts on the $350-$400 range....

Edit: ...I just spotted the second steering column...(helps a little) ....and I see $100+ in parts....

Throw on a Predator and you can get $700-$800 easy...(Now....let's try to turn off that sarcasm button again....(seems it didn't work last time....)

:iagree: Hoooots, in case you missed it...

However, prices vary depending on location... which is another reason we ask members to add theirs in their profile...

The main thing to consider with deals like this is not how much they can be sold for or what it will cost to get them running but, what is already there? IMO, there's well over $100 in usable parts there; one frame alone can sell for more than $50 on it's own...

Thanks for the insight guys. I don't plan to get rich, but do hope to learn something in the process.

Any ideas on the make/model of the karts in question?

None whatsoever, sorry...

With the amount of butchering the larger one has, I think it would be difficult for anyone to ID it :lolgoku:
