I went and picked it up today. It's a Manco 204B-18 Dr Pepper Lil Critter.

You got it all or just what's depicted above?
wheels, front half of the brush guard and so on...

What happened to that kart river? It seems...lacking some 'stuff'...best of luck with it!

It's missing the front wheels, gas pedal and whatever seat structure there's was but everything else is there and straight.
