i will agree with you on that statement, PC's are a gaming platform no question, but i have heard about people liking OS X wayy more for graphic applications and especially media related things like video and recording sound

i have a custom tower with the new intel core i7 quad, running it at 2.66 Ghz right now and i have 8 gb of ram and 2 ATi 4870 x2's. Im currently running windows 7 and to be honest i hate it just as much as vista. I love my mac because it is sooooo much more stable and works wayyy more efficiently than anything windows can put out. Mac's dont get viruses but they can host them. Pc gets viruses and hosts them. hmmm im pretty sure apple is still the better company here. My mac runs better than my custom built tower with way better hardware lol

If you get Viruses, either you don't have Avast (the FREE version), or you watch too much porn ;)

I have had absolutely NO crashes in Vista - only one BSOD, which was the first time I built the PC and the installation was giving my problems.

1 1/2 years and running strong. "Vista sucks" is a lie. It's terrific.

I just have one question.

Who the hell cares? I use my computer for email/facebook/a couple forums/ and looking specs up and such. I dont see how it matters much unless your like a gamer or a serious video editor or something. Weather its a PC or a Mac, it gets you to the same website, or downloads the same song...

I do have a Mac, its good in some ways, bad in others. I like that i cant get viruses from limewire and such, but It hates youtube videos and that type of thing.

PC vs Mac is like Chevy vs ford, or Arctic Cat vs Polaris, the argument will never end, and both brands have their ups and downs, nothing is perfect.

invesments can always go under dude, never invest what you can't afford to lose, if you have this idea that it is a good idea to re-mortgage so you can buy in "good stock" then you in for a fun time when that company goes broke my friend

Now days there is very little different between "Mac" hardware and "PC" hardware. The only main difference now is the OS. I've never tried a Mac OS and never want to. As I can build my own PC and don't need a company to build one in a trendy case for me. I'd much rather have a ATX case that has some space to work in.

I have a Alienware M17 Laptop. 2.4ghz dual core intel. 320 GB HD 7200rpm. 4GB DDR3 1064. Dual 3870 Ati Radeons 512mb each. Running Windows 7.

I love my laptop. :D

Who said I was goin to invest in stock dude I'm not that stupid... I meant invest in real estate buddy. Buy a foreclosed home fix it up and rent it out or split it into two apartments and rent them out. That's a steady income of $900-2000 a month on just one house now imagine two or three 4-6k a month that's more then enough income to live off of.
