Ok, so I picked up my yerfdog today. Had a few cracked welds, fixed those up in a matter of minutes, removed some rust.
The guy gave me the driven part of the torque convertor. He had no idea what it was.
Only problem is...It doesn't have the motor pulley.
So, I was either going to find the motor pulley, or just buy a New TC.

Can anyone recommend me a replacement driver? Or maybe a way to do it without a TC? I'd rather not have a TC due to my budget.

I know the clutch will just burn up with it direct drive.

not sure of your budget, but i see whole tav's for 170 or so. the drive pulley is roughly the price of a centrifugal.

It's def a comet, it says so on the driven pulley.
I might just order a whole setup, much less hassle.

The guy from my local go kart store never got the driver clutch in. I don't think I'm dealing with them again. They think asymmetrical and symmetrical are the same. I was going to tell them off, but just walked out with the "you're dumber then a rock" look on my face.
I'm just going to buy a whole TC next paycheck.

It does haul *** with the 12/60 ratio, but sucks at turning. I need stiffer springs, I make the cart sag too much and the wheels have so much negative camber.
Although I need to modify the throttle linkage, it doesn't work with the clones. only opens the throttle halfway.

So far it looks like a brand new cart. Diamond plate floor, red paint, pip insulation for guards.
I'm going to paint the wheels black and put a wind shield and lights on it.

...why did I do that?

call up (on the phone) bmikarts. They have used 30-driver pulleys cheap. New TAVs systems are expensive. I can't tell from your photo, but you may have you spindles reversed. The flat part that the tie-rod connects to should be on the top. The A-arms look sagged / bent, and the passanger side spindle mount looks seperated from the A-arm. Those are not stock wheels. The cart appears to be a 3200, download the manual and look at the parts diagram to see what I mean:

Arms are bent like that for camber. You might be confusing the spindle supports for tie rods. They are on properly. I've already checked the manual.

Yeah they're def not stock tires, both are different treads and one hub is longer then the other.
I might switch my custom carts front wide tires to the yerf and thin tires to the custom, as the custom has trailer tires on it so it'll even out the look for both.
