Just bought a ASW Carbide 150 - Who else owns one?

Hello all! Just picked up an American Sportworks Carbide 150. Was told it was purchased originally in 2010 for $2200. I got it for $700 with a couple things needing to be addressed according to the seller. Needs a new battery and carb. Also noticed some questionable dry roted hoses that will need some replacing. But overall its in pretty good shape, just dirty and tiny amounts of rust here and there. It did turn over and almost started for me in its current condition.

This will be my first venture with a go kart like this and with this type of engine, so you will definitely see me posting questions. Like whats up with this exposed little nipple sticking out the bottom of the case with a bead of oil on the tip?
