I am probably way off the mark here, but any help anyone can offer - would be appreciated... changed the oil on my son's jr. clone kart and I think we over filled it, foulded the spark plug. The kart won't start, changed the plug, took out some oil... still won't start... any suggestions on what else we did wrong... or how I can get it started? This Mom would love some advice... :)

Hi mom, and welcome to the forum.

Double check the simple stuff- it's amazing how you can overlook something goofy like a kill switch when you're looking at larger problems.

Does the engine still have a low oil sensor? Disconnect and try.

Re-check the plug, there might have been enough oil overflow to re-foul the new plug.

Try this- verify oil level is correct. Unscrew spark plug and make sure it's clean. Pour a teaspoon of fuel right into that plug hole. Reinstall plug and wire, and see if it kicks. No life=no spark.
