If I got long enough hardware, couldnt I run a spacer to achieve the same thing? like a bolt sleeve?

To create a 15* mount? I'm not sure that would be safe; with a joint in the rear, longer mount. Not just that; but if the mount doesn't have an actual top plate that the risers attatch to, those risers alone then become a structural part of the engine; as the mounts are linked to them. Know that, the you were to make an extension on the rear riser, and it was able to flex at all, that is going to stress the engine block's rear mounts, as possibly crack your block.

TECHNICALLY ,yes.....but here is the part that bites you in the butt.... Ok,you made the "sleeve"(s) , so now your motor sits at a slight angle. NOW you're gonna need a washer cut to the same angle so when you bolt it down, the nuts entire mating surface is seated, in order to get and maintain proper torque. Without one, the nut would only be touching part ot the block with about 30% contact...... not ideal.... IMO
I've never used those plates, but as a machinist, thats just how i see it. I prefer dirt bike/atv engines for the power and fun of "bangin" gears......

Check ebay for completed sales. I haven't got an estimate; but I'm betting it's going to be several hundred bucks easy for a genuine Honda.

Honda has one hell of a reputation; and you have the big dog. I don't believe I've ever seen another engine used on a concrete mixer, ever. They're tanks.

The thing to remember is, with an industrial engine, you only get one gear; you can do donuts easily if it's geared low enough but, then going straight on to "haul a$$" won't happen until you regear it.

That's where the dirtbike engine comes in. First gear allows you to chew up the ground in a circular pattern & top gear makes you go really fast; you get the best of both worlds but, at a price (literally) & after many hours of fab work...

I know, and I really really love speed lol... I wondering if an 85cc 2 stroke would push this thing around, or if I should just source a 125cc 2 stroke....

Not necessarily fab work I think;
I've seen a gearbox for karts somewhere.. about two weeks ago (yet unable to re-find it :()
basically it was a company, that made a 'box' for some premade motorbike gears to simply attach to a kart engine (via chain), they also made a CVT just like the Tav2 kit, just beefier ;)

Somehow "Horex" sticked to my mind, but I can't tell you why.
I'll have to try to find that thing again...

It was just great (and assumingly it costs an arm and a leg)
but not much fabbing to do ;)

So far what I've seen that needs work is

-Left side front and rear tires are flat, might need air, might need tires

- Brake Caliper leaks fluid

- and finally gotta figure out what engine I want to run.

Scratch all of that. I see that ghe brake you have takes a banjo fitting. If it leaks around the fitting at the caliper, you may be in need of new washers. Where is the leak?

Is a Belgian Kart good? lol, I mean is 150 a good price?

And it leaks at a piston on the Caliper.... so kinda a bummer... how much is that to replace?

I'm afraid some due dilligence Google style to find out the manufactuer/parts. It looks like a motorcycle brake, so you might luck out finding seals and pucks via a motorcycle shop. BMI sells a Yerf Dog hydraulic brake that looks similar. You migh want to do some comparing there. The parts are cheap enough there. I have one of the calipers here at the house. If you want, I can take some mounting hole measurements tomorrow to see if the Yerd Dog caliper may work on that brake mount of yours.

that would be great, and just let me know what you measure for comparison. Thanks!

85cc 2 stroke? Yeah, that will push it quite nicely,if it came from an atv and has a gearbox. My buddy built a kart, from several, and used a 80cc 4stroke (yz80) and his kart was fast..... looked like crap, but fast.....Its having the multiple gears that makes it ALL possible. Low end torque to peel up pavement as your tires spin and squeal ,through the gears to high, and fly like a rocket down the straight lane....

Hmm, I wonder if I can find that motor mount for the GX390...

I will also need a clutch that has a #40 chain

Burris and Parson both sell high quality 12 or 15-degree motormounts to fit the GX390 to racekarts like yours without cutting the engines output shaft.

Good info here: http://www.cometkartsales.com/store/mount/mounts.htm about measuring your frame rail spacing before ordering your motormount

The 1" bore, Noram 1600 series clutches have #40/41 drive gears:
