I recently bought a manco dingo honda gx390 13hp go kart the only problem was the jackshaft bearing was completely wiped out. I plan on replacing both bearings on the shaft since it will be out, but does anyone know where I can find a diagram of where the spacers and everything go on the jackshaft. The sprocket is setup on the inside of the driven t.c. disc. the shaft is 5/8'' the bearings are 5/8 ID x 1 3/8 OD.

First, we don't know which CVT or jackshaft you have. Second, could you not just take notes/pictures during disassembly?
