it looks like you have 2 different size chains. are they?

yeah, thats 40 chain to the rear wheel. i dont like 35 going to the rear cause i have too much trouble with it comeing off all the time. the front is 35 cause i alwready had the engine sprocket. i have 13 of those engines and im going to change from one to the other, and the only srocket you can get to fit the tapered crankshaft is 35 size.--phil

Got one!!! i keep it hidden in the truck of my 57 chevy, that way no one will see it.

i realy got lucky on the sprocket ratio's. i took a guess and it worked out well. i have 13 teeth on the engine and 22 on the jackshaft input, then 10 tooth clutch to a 48 on the rear wheel. ill no more for sure after i get a throttle on the thing!--phil
