I am building a mini buggy like idem and I need a make a jackshaft for it but I'm at a loss for finding 520 chain sprockets for my jackshaft..can anyone help me? I'd really like to make my 94 250 nighthawk motor use a 530 chain which would be the same as a size 50. So if you know anything plz let me know

Ok so I guess im gonna buy 3 front sprockets for my motor and weld 2 of them to a shaft to make my jackshaft...what do you guys think about putting a 17 tooth on my motor hooked to a 13 tooth on the shaft..than a 17 on the other end of the shaft goin to a 40 tooth sprocket on my axel with 22 inch tall tires..I wanna go to about 26 inch tall tires sometime in the far future..what u think

I wouldn't recommend welding sprockets to the shaft. Why don't you just use a keyed jackshaft?

Look into #50 chain and sprockets, there's some compatibility with 520 and 530.
