...When your wife loves a home that is overpriced, then you haggle to get it down while trying not to offend the sellers.....
....when you pay $850 to find out it has foundation issues, termites, a plumbing leak, mold in two walls, a roof leak, and potential HVAC issues because the HVAC unit is 10 years older than its maximum life expectancy...which could jeopardize the health of your entire family when you turn on the heat this fall.....none of which were in the sellers disclosure.... Then you realize that wasn't annoying....
...The annoying part is when you have to convince your wife and realtor that your not being selfish or even SLIGHTLY UNREASONABLE to ask for all of it to be repaired or have a full reduction of expected time and materials in the asking price before closing..... then they both gang up on you and try to make you ask for only the necessary and non-piddly things KNOWING FULL WELL THAT THE SELLERS WILL TRY TO NEGOTIATE WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME CONCEDE TO BEFORE WE SUBMIT ANYTHING TO NEGOTIATE! ****! nobody is on my side today!
PS. Sorry guys, the kart I have in the competition is not going to be restored anytime soon as you can see, that is actually the part that is the most annoying!

I still am having a hard time deciding which one is more annoying, the house or the kart not being finished. Now that I read my post again, it sounds like a pity party. I didn't mean it that way. It feels good to vent though.
