It's REEEEALLY Annoying When...

.. the moment you think about using your torque wrench for that you hear a cracking noise.

Breaking off 3 different bolts in the same hole trying to put on a timing chain cover, and then learning that "click" inch pound wrenches are utterly useless.
Seeing something you want on sale for an incredible deal, but you're still saving and you don't have the money for it.
When people come to you for advice on something they know nothing about, and then tell you your advice is wrong
When you buy a $500 futon and the frame bends and it is sold with no warranty
When your upper intake manifold is made of plastic and cracks when you try to bring it up to torque spec.
When you stub your middle toes on an opoen door.
When it's so hot that the window AC unit can't cool a 10x20 room
When you've got a long night of work and you're out of soda
When your engine leaks oil and you haven't the slightest clue where it's coming from
When you don't replace one part and it shatters and destroys all of your work
When you hit your head on the hood while working on a car
When you don't have enough outlet space for all of your gadgets
The list goes on, I've got a million of these things.

Hey, now! Redneck, no. Country, maybe. More correctly, I think, city boy turned country. My Saturday morning a couple weeks ago consisted of feeding cows into a cattle crush, tagging and vaccinating them, and steering the male calves, if that sways it more toward country. I've also never lived in a trailer, nor do I prefer Bud Light (mediocre, at best. only if it's free). Lastly, I don't have much of an accent.
Where does chem nerd tie into redneck? Last I checked, I don't run a meth lab, and I'm 99.999% sure that most household meth producers couldn't name more than 5 elements off the periodic table.

D, I again apologize; the only reason I dragged your name into this was because a couple of months ago TS and I ragged on each other in one of his threads, and my response ended with some thing along the lines of "Where did I put that recipe; 1 part.... , and he ragged on me about keeping that re
n to myself, and then defended himself in good humor. But he dissed on me about my "supposed red nek chem knowledge: which I probably don't have..As for what might have prompted the "You Might..." response, any one who (PROUDLY!!!!) will hang their hat out there, saying "No ex for me: I get to use all my spending money on ammo and car parts...."
