No the seller is pretty much clueless. Its a straight rail frame from looking at pictures, thats exactly what I want. Looks like an engine mount of sorts, the frame, body panels and tires are in the picture.

Not looking to get into racing/driving this immediately, so missing parts is mostly not a big deal.

It is craigslist so i would check it out and if it isnt what you want there is no reason you cant say no. If those tires and wheels come with it they are easily worth 150 probably more.

Yeah I was thinking that I should check it out I was thinking that the tires were worth a bit especially with the rims. I think that the worst that can happen is that I sell the parts separately and break even. Or just not buy it.
