I bought a go kart that needs some work done. It came with a brand new engine but is missing some pieces for the drive train. I have included some pictures of the torque converter that it came with and the one other part that I have loose. Like I said it has a new engine, so it seems like this part I linked on Amazon is all I need with a belt, right? The loose piece I am holding in the pic is pretty much just garbage since I will have to buy a small kit that will already have it included, right?

The piece that you are holding is part of the driver clutch. The Amazon part that you show is the COMPLETE driver clutch. Buy it and the belt and you should be ready to go.
