Most of the race kart pics you'll run across have full bodywork that kinda hides the frame details. This link has some good pics of the newest model Breil bare chassis: http://www.dpkmotorsports.com/shop/index.php?_a=viewCat&catId=85 (there not exactly the same but the lower steering column mounting hoop design looks very similar to that ebay frame)
