Just saw a commercial for a "Class Action " lawsuit....now....first off...most of these are totally devoid of "Class"!!!!!

But here goes: a certain stint a manufacturer made.....and there. were "more than a thousand " problems.......

Ooooooookay! Well.. first off....no telling what small percentage of people this actually represents against how many people who's lives were saved or improved by this device....

Then....the pre-courr BS: The manufacturer SHOULD have known....blah ...blah....

I'll tell you something....this has gotta be way less than 1% here....sooooo.....I can slap 100 sick people in the face....and before long . some are gonna die before long....

EDIT: Hmmmm....!!!!!. WAIT!!!! CLASS ACTION COUNTERSUIT! !! Why not???? How many MORE people suffer from NOT being able to benefit from these MINIMALLY dangerous devices because of these FRIVOLOUS. lawsuits?

My point is....it's gotten out of hand, and is probably hindering new research and life improving and saving. developments to make some greedy scumbag lawyer a few mIllion and give some scumbag patient drug money for a couple of months.....

I saw a Levis ad' for jeans a few days ago. and in the ad it showed a guy getting on a motorcycle wearing the jeans and pulling away. without no warning on the ad... hmmm I have a pair of levis and a motorcycle. a months worth of road rash isn't too bad for a life time of money??? lmao

The only class action medical case's I see on the tube that are serious are the two involving recalls of faulty pacemakers/defibrillators and faulty artificial knee joint's. And since both of those involve more than 100 people, I'm guessing that those aren't what has lit your fuse......

Not to point out the obvious but, just because it's not on TV doesn't mean it didn't happen; I have seen & heard many situations that I considered "news wothy" that only received a few lines in the local rag...

Nope....and it was 1000...... not 100.... but....REALLY? that's like the headache patients that pass through Emergency here in ANY hospital in the. Metroplex in a week....

It's just ridiculous.....every treatment has to be PERFECT? Are you starting to get what I'm saying?

And just because you're not seeing them....doesn't mean they're not there....it's just the population and market is much smaller where you are, therefore, the amount of these frivolous lawsuits is also smaller....

I like the class action commercials that ask if "you or a loved one have experienced complications or even death" due to XYZ product. I always want to call the 1 800 number and tell them "Yes I experienced Death"

I've always thought the exact same thing....ummmmm....couldn't they just say if you've experienced complications after taking the drug Trollzhere and have experienced headaches, been shunned by other members, OR!!!!! had a loved one die as a result of messing with Poboy..you may be entitled to a crash reward.... Contact the law firm of Ben, Dover and Liekket....to get the settlement you deserve....instead of "if you or a loved one "..?????
