Is this go kart worth $150?

I've been keeping a watch on this post on letgo for a couple of weeks and the other day I messaged the seller about it. Originally he wanted $500 for a trailer, 200cc Honda motor, and a go-kart frame. I ask him if I could just buy the motor and frame, he wanted $350 for it. Then I asked about just buying the frame off of him and he said $150. He said it has tires but I doubt that they are any good/ if they're even on rims. ANYWAYS, I'm asking is this frame really worth $150? I would want to do a complete rebuild of it and I roughly estimated it would be around $500-$800 worth of parts and such put into this. I personally believe that this would be a really fun project to do and buy some parts every now and then so I don't use so much money up at once, but I believe its worth more around $100 or less. At this point, I'm just rambling on whats on my mind, but like I said earlier Is this frame really worth $150? A steal or too much?

Also here's a list of what I've would have to buy for this kart:

Engine - Predator 212 (+ engine mods)
Chain - 420
30 Series Torque Converter
Throttle Cable
Brakes
Sprocket
Shocks
Paint
Wheels/Tires
Seats/Seat Belts
Pedals
Steering Wheel

(Probably missing some things too but I'll create a better list if I do buy it)

EDIT: also the reason why I have parts such as steering wheel on my list when there's clearly a steering wheel already on it is that I don't know the conditions of the parts already on this thing and if it even has some parts on it.

I would agree and yes it’s worth it. Just make sure it’s not bent or broken somewhere.

Go for it. See if the rear axle is bent and front spindles are bent. If so, try to talk him down some more.

Personally I don not like those karts. The frame is week and the suspension sucks. I would look for a 150cc buggy frame
