i took the tires over to walmart the guy used a ton of rubber cement and they filled up now im just down to two minor issues 1.the plastic piece that goes on the carb for throttle keeps popping off and 2. i have to get some locking washers for the jackshaft because i made slots to align it and it keeps moving.
