Is this a rupp?

Got a pic of the nameplate on my kart today, does anyone know what brand/model it is? It looks similar to the late 60s early 70s rupps ive seen but im not sure, it does have dual motor mounts as seen in the pic there was a toolbox mounted on the right motor mount

Might be a RobRon without the turbine wheels. He bought out Rupp when they went under. The scrub brake flappers are upside down though.
