personally, i wouldnt pay much money if any for it. it isnt bad if you want a tinkerer or something to beat on.

you probably will have to know alot about small bikes and engines

I think It is worth it if it's running ..offer the seller less . I don't know what is available in your area (Ireland) If It was close to me Id get it and build something out of it LOL

i bought one out a scrapyard for $35. when they first started selling them here, 5years ago?, they were $200. they don't have much power on bottom. almost everyone i've come across the clutches (two shoe) are shot. partsforscooters.com sells oem and aftermarket parts for them. last year they sold the whole engine for 79.99. this year 189.99?

oh, the thing that the pull start bolts to is an electric starter. i thought it was an alternator/generator. to run any electrical items such as the speedo, tach, etc, it has to have a battery that must be recharged every so often. like everyday that it is ridden. these bikes are small, and don't handle too well. they have a rather large turning radius for their size because the foot pegs are so long. i think i have seen some guys mounting hf specials on them. i'm betting they are having to reweld a bit of the frame.
