I'm sorry, but for me that whole thread was the definition of trolling.
The statements that were made were ludicrous at best, and often were in complete contradiction to each other. I stand by calling that particular person out as a troll, and will take whatever punishment / stern talking to that you feel is needed
As far as my personal treatment of n00bz, I try to help out as much as possible in any situation. I have to face the fact that I myself am still a n00b, and will be looked at as such. My goal with being on this forum is to take what I have learned from you all, and not only apply it, but also use it to help others that don't have said knowledge yet. It pushes my buttons though when I come across someone that either blatantly lies, sows misinformation, or uses this place for knowledge and helping to just illicit reactions from others.
If I'm viewed as being in the wrong for my actions then so be it, but I stand by those actions, and my opinion on that specific situation. It's one thing to have ideas, thoughts, and dreams. It is completely different to blatantly lie. It is even worse to be so bad at lieing as to contradict yourself multiple times in the same post/thread.
