Hello everyone, I'm new here and also new to go kart building. My problem is cutting tubing. Am using 1'' ERW tubing, .065 wall. My standard cuts using a 1-1/8th inch hole saw are ok. I can fill in the minor gaps. However my plans call for a precise 1'' cut for the front end suspension. Anyone know if there is such a thing as a 1'' hole saw and if so where can I get one.

Thanks ken

Milwaukee, DeWalt, Greenlee... And so many more. Pick one. Make sure you get a "Bi-Metal" for cutting steel. You get one designed for wood and it'll burn out fast. Keep the drill speed under 400 rpm if possible, and use cutting lube.
