HF will be having a welder for sale. Being that I've never used one in my life, I figured I'd get one and learn :wai:. Anyways, is 90$ a good price for the following MIG welder?

90 Amp Flux Wire Welder
MIG 100 wire welder specifically designed to use self-shielding flux-cored welding wire, eliminating any need for gas and regulators normal MIG welders require.

* Includes 4" spool of flux-core wire and spare welding tip
* Self-regulating feed control
* Thermal protection with warning light
* Carry handle on lid
* Input: 115 volt, 15 amps, single phase
* Duty cycle: 10% @ 80 amps, 18% @ 60 amps
* Wire capacity: 0.030"

I would buy it.. you may have to adjust the wheels that push the wire..

also you can weld thick material just make multiple passes
it will do prolly 3/16 easy

I had one of these same welders.. It lasted for maybe 2 years of partial use.. Just FYI.. if you spend 3 times as much it will last MUCH longer..

I've had my Hobart for 9 years now. and its been used more than the cheap one ever was.
