That appears to be an older briggs flat head definitely not a cheaper modern cool bore would most definitely be worth $60
and even more if it were a double bearing flat head ether way that is a great foundation for a mean raptor engine.
Buy it or tell me where I can buy it

Yes it would be worth it even if it needs rebuilt as long as the block is intact $60 is a deal.

okay so i went on, and got there, and he told me that now it wouldnt run for him blah blah blah blah blah, so i baught it for 40, i brought it home, i had taken the carb apart, realized the gas tank was full of stuff, so cleaned that out, pushed it back together, found a new screw to tighten to the gas tank gasket, tighten the intake bolts and tada, it runs,

no landuse i didnt even see this deal, i was on craigslist and i ended up talking to a guy about a mini bike frame just like mine, and i said i had no engine and he offered me that for 60, i talked him to 50, and then it wouldnt run so he took 40,
