The Invader Story
Invaders karts made their debut at the 1973 IKF Grand Nationals in Quincy, IL and took home 3 Grand National Championships (Duffy’s) and many 2nd place finishes. Nelson Manufacturing closed their doors in 2006 after an economic downturn but reopened their doors in 2013. Nelson Manufacturing continues to produce a line of racing kart frames but perhaps lesser known was their fun kart line. Their fun kart line sadly did not return to production.
