Installing lights on Carter Bros Lightning

So the kids and I decided our go kart needed lights for those days we can't just quit early.

We found a rechargeable battery from a power wheels motorcycle. The battery is 12v 9.5 ah. Bought some Chinese LED strips on ebay (about $12) and a set of LED water proof lights (chinese also--should be getting them soon all the way from china!!!)

It's looking awesome!!

Not really.. he'd need four or five of those to get the 9+Ah he has now.
A bike battery that size costs 20 bucks, the LiPo pack also costs 20 but you need four or five.. USD 80-100 in the end.

And you only have 11.1 Volt instead of 12....
