Installing Cam Buttons?

Can someone tell me how to properly install cam buttons on a 40series driven unit?
One of mine has broke off and the stem is still in the cam.
Can that be drilled out?
What type of adhesive can I put on the new one to hold it in place?

Im new to cvt's, what are the "buttons".

yes...they can be drilled out....just be careful not to drill the aluminum if at all possible. i use a good 2 part epoxy.
