Increasing RPM's

I don't want to remove the governor, just up the rpm's. I have a Robin EX27 and have read that it can safely go to 5k rpm. I want to go to about 4500, from the stock 3600. I have read that the only way to do this is to change the weight of the governor spring. My question is, where does one find a selection of governor springs with listed weights to choose from?

I am not familar with that engine, but- look behind the hand throttle on the engine- is there a stop screw there? If there is, you can back that screw out and gain some top RPM.

cant you also change the bearings to less resistant bearings?
