So, I added another hole in the governor arm, and it pulls a max rpm of 4800 now, and hits the governor. Only pulls 3600 rpm under load, but is jetted a bit rich for a header pipe, but still have the factory muffler on it at the moment... Gave it the first shake down run today, need to make a few tweaks and try it again. May look into different prop options too
