Is there a way that we can increase the engine RPM without making the engine's life shorter???

Yes, but only in theory; otherwise your engine has a lifespan (generally denoted in hours)
but in fact it's not hours but revolutions..
the faster you rev, the faster the number of remaining revolution decrease

have smaller maintenance intervalls, use good quality engine oils, and you should be happy with the life expectancy of your everyday industrial engine even at higher rpms.

it will be smaller, but still okay
