( spelled with with a K ) built or bought first, and worry about the engine later.
FWIW, the motor that you show a picture of doesn't have much of an output shaft. Pretty hard to mount a sprocket or clutch on what is sticking out.

Its a 240 volt pump motor. It will not work for anything mobile, moving or othewise NOT STATIONARY. X4 since ya keep axin!

It's OK, most of us are here just to waste time anyway. If we actually had lives we would be out getting laid or something worthwhile.
