Hey guys, anyone here Identify this carb? I could use a partslist.
Dont let the manifold fool you, its from a vert shaft 10hp Tec.

I was cleaning it out and put the blow gun to it and launched a part out of where the needle valve goes... I have no idea what it was. Its lost and gone forever. :ack2:

When I hooked up the fuel line, gas pored out of the thing.
Same thing happened with the tec carb so maybe I lost the part for it too... but I didnt think there was anything in there?

Thanks!

Look for numbers on there somewhere. If that fails, take the numbers off the engine to reference the carb parts.

Sounds like you blew the seat out- that's the part that the needle seals against.

I would have used the engine, except I have no Idea where it came from. I didnt even realize it was a briggs untill I took it apart and saw the little briggs logo thing on the float.

I suppose trying to cleverly rig a something up on there is pretty much hopeless...

Im hoping the other Tec carb still has a good seat, assuming thats what it needs...
