Identify Carb Help

I have this mikuni carb and i have been looking for an adapter to put a air filter on but i can't find any that would fit due to the distance between the bolt holes which is 42mm, the diameter of the fixing holes are 6mm. I haven't been able to find anything that fits this. Any help appreciated

Might be able to use one of those throw away engines Tecumseh covers Like on the sport engines.
