ideas for this frame?

Hello.
I´m Orlando Sierra from Venezuela .

one friend give me this frame but I think this need parts.
a friend gave me this frame that was in his yard, I think it lacks tube in the structure, but I have no idea how it could be strengthened. I hope you can help me with your ideas

Oralsicool... perhaps a wheel... and three more wheels would help here. That looks like something you'd find in the desert.
