No idea what that is, but it's one of the most interesting frames I've ever seen. Everything about it is unique.
The really laid back seat, the swept back front arms, the louvered side supports, the steering support making room for your legs, strange crossbar under the steering, the side support bars sticking out, the zigzagged throttle rod...............You've got a unique creation there.
Looks like the brake cable's broken, are you going to stay with cable all the way or put some rods in that linkage?

It had a hydraulic brake system. That was all messed up. I replaced that with a grooming band type. Cable hooked up.
