I need help with identifying this kart.

This is my first go kart project. I started with new motor. Tires for front. But its begining to find the right parts. I need to repair or buy a new torque converter but having issues with the that also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It has the name TRACKER in the floor but havent found anything as of yet
