I need help I have a intercepter 2 it’s a 2 seater

So I bought a intercepter 2 two seater the axle was junk I’m buying a preadator 212 motor and I have no idea what size axel or clutch or sprocket and drum I need

The axle may be junk, but surely you can measure it. There are only two dimensions, diameter and length. If for some reason you no longer have the axle, then measure the inside diameter of the bearings that it rode in, and the distance outside to outside between them and add 8 to 10 inches. Can't answer the rest of your questions without a lot more info. As stated above, pictures.

Got your moneys worth out of that sprocket. You got a few things going on there. What are your plans for it? What type of riding? What type of surfaces? Passenger size? Tire size? Can you weld or fabricate?

Well if he is going to ride it off road a centrifugal clutch will not last long. The same is true if you change tire size. See why I asked all the questions? A 30 series CVT TAV II may work better. Especially for a young inexperienced driver. Go Kart Supply, Go Power Sports, BMI, MFG Supply and Amazon should have all you need. By the way get rid of those dangerous Harbor Freight dolly wheels up front before he gets hurt.

They were already on it planned on switching them out I measured the axle at 37 I believe it’s 5/8
