We rigged up a way to water the track today too. 250 gallons at a whack. We put 500 gallons on it today and it was packing in really nice, the corners were even starting to build up a coat of rubber. It was a great day of backyard go kart racing.

I just bought one of these for my kids kart, replacing a B&S 5 fun Power. Can't wait to get it on for them.

Nice brother...Looks like you guys are having a heck of a time.
I like how when you son and daughter raced neither was about to give up position on the 1st corner LOL.
I think its time I work on the yard and get an entire loop around my place rather than half.
Lower half of the yard is a little bumpy and hilly so I'm gonna have to knock that down with a box blade and start working it........

That's my neighbor's son Isiah, it tickled me and worried me at the same time to see them rubbing wheels down that first straight. They both race to win, and I genuinely enjoy watching it.
We've been shoveling dirt in the low spots and watering it, it gets a little better every time.

On another note, I have the gov turned up on that predator where I can hear valve train noise with 10.8 springs that I stretched before I put in, I'm guessing around 6k and the gov gear is still standing strong.

Which cart has what engine?
Doesn't look to be fair.

The blue one with the open header is mine with the stock hemi predator, it has the more tapered nerf bars , aka, the one with the girl driving :)

Took the 18cc head to a friends shop and milled it .060 and hand finished it on a surface plate. Should put a little more fuzz on the rota-derps chewing gum.

Have you cc'd the chamber? Curious to know what it is now.

I haven't. I'm going to swipe the valves and springs out of my hemi head and put in this one and probably won't bother driving the 45 min to my buddy's shop that has all the cc stuff. It really shrank it up, I can tell a big difference in chamber size just by looking at the before and after pics.

For reference, here it is next to the 14cc head I just had built for my clone.
