I think it's a Simplex. More specifically, I think it's a 1960 (or later) Simplex "MARK II Challenger Racer" with the dual engine mounts.
Some aspects that I notice are that the seat side rails go from the seat back to the front side of the steering hoop, like yours. Also the nose rail has a "flat" bend to it.
I say it's a 1960 or later because the pre-1960 model had a narrower bent nose rail as the second picture ad shows.
