hey i have the same engine with the same problem! just tap the hole out and find a bolt that fits, also get a carby seal kit. then its fixed!

yep that would work BUT the tube is cracked too.

I tell ya what since you can fix it and its a genuine HONDA i will sell it to you for 100 plus shipping!!

Even back as it should it will make LESS power. There is a reason for buying cheap Chinese engines.
